Craig Brown is the President of ACAP, LLC, a veteran owned defense/intelligence contractual support firm, specializing in program and project management support of Quick Reaction Capability and special aviation programs.
Craig has served over 24 years in the Active Duty and Reserve US Air Force as an F-111 and F-15E aircraft commander with combat experience in operations Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. Craig is also a graduate of the Fighter Weapons School and numerous other safety, training, and instructor courses. Craig is currently a Reserve Officer serving on the Headquarters Staff, USAF A2 supporting the interoperability and innovation of advanced systems on to the entire USAF fleet of unmanned Remotely Piloted Aircraft. He also has experience in commercial aviation as a Captain for a major US airline.
Craig received his bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University and is a published author.

Matt Wickard, Vice President
Matt Wickard is the Vice President and co-owner of ACAP, LLC. At ACAP, Matt is responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple projects that relate to aviation and sensor integration as well as deployment and sustainment operations of newly integrated aircraft around the world. Also as part of ACAP, Matt advises government clients on the acquisition process and helps refine requirements and source solutions to meet those requirements.
Matt has served over nine years in the U.S. Air Force in both the Reserves and Ohio Air National Guard as an intelligence professional.
He has attended numerous training courses and has operational experience when he served in Iraq in 2007. He received his Master of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on terrorism and sub-state violence from American University in Washington, D.C. Matt received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
